Fang

Ok ok! I AGREE!!!! Fang is totally and completely real. I'm apologizing to Fang, wherever the heck he is, that I ever said that I didn't think that he lived and breathed oxygen. That he eat pizza and ice cream, like every other teenager in the world, that I didn't believe that maybe, just maybe he listened to music, and watched Lost. No idea if he watches Lost, but whatever.
So I'm sorry ok!?

...NOW LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! =P

I really think though, THAT I NEVER SAID HE WASN'T ALIVE. People seem to remember a lot more than I do apparently.

Tori is brilliant

Tori showed me this weekend how to post a video!!!! I love Tori. =)

Here's the speech again, just in case you weren't really listening, and were just watching the clip...like I was...aha.

Frodo: I can't do this, Sam.

Sam: I know. It's all wrong. By rights we shouldn't even be here. But we are. It's like in the great stories, Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger, they were. And sometimes you didn't want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? But in the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something, even if you were too small to understand why. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back, only they didn't. They kept going. Because they were holding on to something.

Frodo: What are we holding onto, Sam?

Sam: That there's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo... and it's worth fighting for.

My weekend

Friday was kickball!!! Kickball was fun, I lost, again, but that's ok cuz I had a lot of fun! I caught an "Eric ball" (that's what everyone's calling it...), and Zachoia (pretty sure that's how you spell it) followed me around the whole game and held my hand. Man Eric, you have the cutest little sister. =)
There was also youth group!!! Always love youth group. We played ultimate football which is different, but fun. (has anyone else noticed that everything is fun in this post??) The guys on my team would not pass it to any of the girls (Brianna, Robin, Karoline and myself), so we decided to show them, and we got 2 points on our own. I think 2 points, not sure.

Saturday (today) Meghan and I went to Tori and Ashlee's soccer game!! They had two games today, one at 8 and another one at 1. I only went to the one o'clock game cuz they played in Waltham (weird name) which is an hour and like 15 minutes away. They one the first game, and tied the second. Just to let you know, THEY ROCK!!!! Tori made some awesome kicks, and Ashlee is like the greatest soccer player, but unfortuantly she didn't get to show off her amazing skills because she pulled a leg muscle. =) But still, they were both marvelous.
Then after the game, Meghan and I went to go see Fantastic Four: Rise of The Silver Surfer. It was so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! My mom thought we were getting ripped off by the prices of the tickets cuz the movie is only and hour and 30 mintues long, but we didn't think so because 1) it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!! and 2) it felt much longer. I must say it again, AWESOME MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Favorite part of LOTR

This is a quote from Lord of The Rings: The Two Towers. It's my favorite quote in the entire trilogy because it's just so powerful and beautiful. It's soo much better if you can actually watch it because of the emotion, music and the scenery. Go here to watch the clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEMdXhfO-Wk
I can't put the clip on my blog because my computer is soooo incrediably annoying, and it won't let me make an account or login at YouTube. I NEED A LAPTOP HERE PEOPLE!!!! Anyway, here's the quote. I suggest reading it, and then watching the clip.

I love Sam!!! He's so awesome! Tell me what you think! Even you haven't seen the movies, it still rocks.

Nudge

For anyone who doesn't know...we have a kitten in the house. A little gray fluffy kitten. Meghan and I dubbed her Nudge. Nudge is a character in a series (of books) that we love, Nudge is a orphan, who doesn't stop talking and whom everyone loves. Nudge the kitten is an orphan, who never stops purring (and at times mewing), and whom everyone, loves. =) I love her so much!! She's so affectionate and loveable! Not to mention tiny. My sister and my mom found her beside our church, she was following them and meowing patheticly cuz she was so hungry. We don't know yet if we're keeping her, but my mom and I are 99% sure we are, cuz we just came back from the vet (she's perfectly heathly by the way), and the cost of having another pet around was part of why my dad didn't want to keep her. So for right now, we're just taking it one day at a time. =) Pictures soon!

Posting and school

Well since it is apparently a big deal whether I post or not, I am posting!!! I have nothing to post about but I guess some people don't care, they just want to see that I still remember that I have a blog. Which btw, having to do with your comment John, I actually did remember I had a blog!!! ...I just felt lazy. =D I deserve to be lazy because, drum roll please.....I'm done with my school for the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yippee!!!!! Uh I mean....Woohooo!!!!!!!! I also am done my testing, so all I have left is to finish up an essay I'm working on and then it's summertime!!!!! Just and interesting point, my essay is arguing that home schooling is better than public schooling. =D It's not very hard to find really great things about homeschool when you know alllll about Pelham High. haha. I hope no one goes there who reads this blog...ahhh. I'm sure that Tori will have fun at LCA next year though!!! It's a private school not a public. lol.

My computer (grrrrrr)

I hate my computer. Yeah, I'm not afraid to say it!!
My computer is absolutely evil, and it's only 4 years old!!! So yeah, in like 5 years it should be evil and broken but it just had to turn on me now!!!!!!!!
Huh, yeah, NOT CRAZY!!!!
Seriously. Like Tori, I've been trying to email you for a very long time and my computer won't let me send any emails! So I'm not ignoring you by the way. =D
It won't let me make accounts on websites anymore, thankfully it still lets me log in to places...well sometimes. I'm surprised I can still blog!!!!
AND it's takes an eternity to load stuff. Even just like regular webpages and stuff!!
My dad says that it's all the kids faults (the kids that live here), but he always says that. Pshhh.
If I don't blog for a very very very very long time (and I mean like longer than I have not blogged before) then you'll know my computer has commited murder apon those who pesercute it...........that'd be me y'all. =P

More stuff

I love the song "I'll Stand By You". If you hadn't noticed. =)

The first time I've heard it was on American Idol, on their special show, Idol Gives Back. Since then I have listened to it probably more then 30 times. Carrie Underwood sang it on the show, but orginally The Pretender's sang it. I have no idea who they are but they made a great song! The lyrics I think are just so beautiful and meaningful. They're on the side, and I insist you read them.

About my colors and new layout, I'm not sure if I like them but finally, at 11:40 PM, my parents are telling me to get off the computer. I think they forgot about me...
But comment if you like it. =)

Ciao for now!

On A Roll, with pictures!

Wow, I'm on a posting roll.... sweetness!!

So this is the Gumbo Limbo (cool name, huh?), a place where they had sea turtles and baby sharks and other fish, it was really cool.
TURTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More turtles!!! 'Cept, these are land turtles, not sea turtles. but they're still cute!

Oooooh sharks! In this like, bowl....tank...circle...aquariam thing, there were some baby lemon sharks, and nurse sharks. One shark was trying to get the food so badly, it like jumped up and splashed this big guy. It was funny.
This is in the everglades, and I just thought it was so pretty how the clouds were relecting on the water. =)

More pretty clouds!! And if you look carefully, that little spot in the water with the kinda-hard-to-see ripples, is an alligator!! It was a small one.

This is right outside our condo..building place, right after the gates that go out to the street. I LOVE PALM TREES!!!!! THEY'RE EVERYWHERE!!!
Palm tree love <3333
Oh my gosh, this was on this walkway from the pool, all along the canal, and there were these trees between the canal and the walkway, and I found this little hole in the trees and I thought it was so beautiful.

I should probably stop with the picutures now before I hurt my computer's hard drive. I seriously need either my own, or a new computer cuz this one is old and slow, and it doesn't let me do like...anything. Pshh.

10:40 PM - Jordin Sparks ~ OUR NEXT AMERICAN IDOL!!

JORDIN WON AMERICAN IDOL!!!
I actually would not have been very shocked if Blake had won, because AI is famously known for it's curve balls. But I would have been disappointed cuz Jordin's got mad skills!! ("Skills" Meghan, not "skil-illz) I can't believe she's only 17. Yeah I know, I sound like Randy...right on, uh, dawg! Aha ok I'll stop.

It's 10:43 now...someone should be telling (possibly very sternly) to get off the computer...this is strange that they are not. Hmm...

So I've been trying to learn how to juggle a soccer ball. On my legs, not my hands, just telling that to anyone who would possibly tease, or joke. =P

Yeah, um, well you know the saying, "No pain no gain"? That saying is unfortuanly very accurate. My thighs, to say it bluntly, kill. Only when I'm doing it though. Meghan tried to steal the soccer ball away from me, because I kept saying "OW!". Psh, what does she know? =P

10:46....WHAT THE HECK...must be the American Idol Magic. =)

Pirates 3 coming out tomorrow night!!!! Hopefully I'll be seeing it Friday at 12 (noon) with Rachel, Meghan and my mom. I canNOT wait....sigh....Johnny Depp....haha just kidding.

Next post will be pictures! I promise! I may even get to do some tonight...if no one kicks me off....

Florida Pics

Huh. What do you know, pictures do work...sorry computer!!!!

This is (well, was) my Ihop coffee. It was really good! =)

If you can see them, the little black things in the water are baby turtles. Aren't they cute??

This is a wicked cool jeep we saw in the grocery store parking lot. It looks like a zebra...kinda.

This is our condo, and our car. Oh and Molly.

The place we stayed was called Tuscany ...something. Oh man I can't remember. Well that's sad! But anyway there were these big gates that you had to wave this little black card at them to get in. and right here is the road before the gates. It was so beautiful. There were these pretty little trees with bright pink flowers.

This is the pool! Isn't it pretty? If you look carefully you can see the canel behind it. But here's a picture of the canel so don't strain yourself. =P
This is the canal. The owners of the condo we stayed at said they saw manatee's in it a week before we stayed there. Unfortuantly we didn't see any, but I did see a sting ray. Or some kind of ray.
OK well there are a lot more pictures, but this is it for now. Comment if you want to see more.

Florida <33

A couple of weeks ago (as most of you know) I went to Flordia. =) I love Florida. <33 Seriously though! It was WARM!!!! I hate the cold, hate hate hate it. It hates me too by the way. But I was so happy cuz we were freezing at the airport (in Manchester) and then at the airport in Tampa it was like "Whoa! ...WARMTH!!!!!!" I would put pictures but my computer is dumb and won't let me. I'll work on it I promise. I'll write more tonight cuz my sister's kicking me off. =)

Aaaaahhhhh

Hey! I'm posting!!! Would you believe that I actually forgot I had a blog?
...Yeah you probably can.
Aha well I remembered, and I saw all your comments from my last post. I feel so loved!!
I'm going to do a couple of posts, cuz a lot has been happening, and because it looks like I've been on my blog more. =D

Paul Harvey

Paul Harvey Writes:

We tried so hard to make things better for our kids that we made them worse.
For my grandchildren, I'd like better.
I'd really like for them to know about hand me down clothes and homemade ice cream and leftover meat loaf sandwiches. I really would.
I hope you learn humility by being humiliated, and that you learn honesty by being cheated.
I hope you learn to make your own bed and mow the lawn and wash the car. And I really hope nobody gives you a brand new car when you are sixteen.
It will be good if at least one time you can see puppies born and your old dog put to sleep.
I hope you get a black eye fighting for something you believe in.
I hope you have to share a bedroom with your younger brother/sister. And it's all right if you have to draw a line down the middle of the room, but when he wants to crawl under the covers with you because he's scared, I hope you let him.
When you want to see a movie and your little brother/sister wants to tag along, I hope you'll let him/her.
I hope you have to walk uphill to school with your friends and that you live in a town where you can do it safely.
On rainy days when you have to catch a ride, I hope you don't ask your driver to drop you two blocks away so you won't be seen riding with someone as uncool as your Mom.
If you want a slingshot, I hope your Dad teaches you how to make one instead of buying one.
I hope you learn to dig in the dirt and read books.
When you learn to use computers, I hope you also learn to add and subtract in your head.
I hope you get teased by your friends when you have your first crush on a boy\girl, and when you talk back to your mother that you learn what ivory soap tastes like.
May you skin your knee climbing a mountain, burn your hand on a stove and stick your tongue on a frozen flagpole.
I don't care if you try a beer once, but I hope you don't like it.
And if a friend offers you dope or a joint, I hope you realize he is not your friend.
I sure hope you make time to sit on a porch with your Grandma/Grandpa and go fishing with your Uncle.
May you feel sorrow at a funeral and joy during the holidays.
I hope your mother punishes you when you throw a baseball through your neighbor's window and that she hugs you and kisses you at Hannukah/Christmas time when you give her a plaster mold of your hand.
These things I wish for you - tough times and disappointment, hard work and happiness.
To me, it's the only way to appreciate life.
Written with a pen. Sealed with a kiss. I'm here for you. And if I die before you do, I'll go to heaven and wait for you.
We secure our friends, not by accepting favors, but by doing them.

Beautiful weather

I'm so loving this beautiful weather. =)
For the people who really know me, they know that I hate the cold. Can't stand it. I don't even like snow. Yeah I know that's not normal, but I never said I was normal. =P

But today it felt like summer!! Which made me extremly happy. Meghan and I were outside mostly all day wearing flip-flops. I wanted to go swimming so badly, the closet I got was the hose, uh. lol.

Meghan's pastor (not exactly sure if he's her pastor yet) said in his sermon last week that if there is something wrong with your life, get rid of it. That just made me think cuz there are so many things that are wrong in everyone's life, and obviously we can't get rid of them all (at least not without the Lord's help), but it made me think, do we even try? Do we recongize that there is something wrong? Do we try to fix it? Do we think WWJD? Do we even realize that there is something wrong??

...and what should we do? What should we try to do...

Sanjaya

SANJAYA IS GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh I think America is happy. I know I am. =)
Blake was so close, but he's safe. Now I have to start voting. =)

Rain

It's raining!! I love the rain. =) Except when it rains for too long...

The Prestige

I just saw this movie that I borrowed from my friend Mia, it's called The Prestige. That is a very, dark movie. But Christian Bale and Michael Craine are in it and I love them. It's all about illusion and magic (none of the magic is real btw), and these two magicians used to be friend but then they got into a fight and now they're rivals. It's an amazing movie. My dad and I stayed up until 11:40 to finish it, cuz it's 2 hours long. You have to pay attention every minute cuz every little small detail is very important. I loved it though, dark movies intrigue me.

April Fool's Day Video

I know it is 3 days after April Fool's day, but I just got this video and it is soo funny!
It's in German but that's ok, you really don't need to understand what the people are saying to get the point. =)

Two posts in two days

Two posts in two days! Who knew I could do it?
I went shopping today!! Normally I'm not really a big shopping kinda girl but I have my moments (and it's definitely more fun if you have money...). I went to Kohl's with Meghan and her mom. I had like 50 bucks to get clothes for Florida (CANNOT WAIT TIL THE WARMTH!!), and I only got 2 shorts. What a rip-off. And like all the shorts were really short...I started ranting to Meghan about the immodesty of today's youth. (Aha...yeah.) So I got bermuda shorts.
Ok gonna stop talking bout shorts now!
When we got home I also beat Meghan at Trivial Prusuit.
....Ok I won by one turn but hey.
Oh, and on American Idol!! Sanjaya is so annoying. I just want him gone...
Yes I watch American Idol. So do about 3/4 of the rest of America!!!
Can't think of anything else to say...
