Choices make you who you are. Ok I get that.
So let's say a person makes a lot of bad choices. Does that make them a bad person?
Let's say a person makes a lot of good choices. Does that make them a good person?
What if a person who has made bad choices, made those choices, because they didn't see any other choice?
What if a person who has made good choices, has their heart in the wrong place, and only makes those good choices for the glory or riches?
I think that it doesn't matter WHAT choice you make, whether it's a good choice or a bad choice, as long as you learn from the consequence of that choice, and then, chose the RIGHT choice next time.
Give me some feedback people.

What you said is true, as long as you learn from the bad choices and make the good choices with the right motives then you're fine.
O_O wowzahh. you're deep <3
I agree with coop, whom I do not know. If you make a choice with the right motive and it ends up wrong, is it still a good choice?
What if we make a bad choice but it ends up turning out well? Is it still a bad choice?
Oucchh. My brain is hurting :[
"If you not make mistakes, you're not putting any effort into living. The crime occurs when you don't learn from the mistake."
~Sigmund Brouwer, RACE FOR THE PARK STREET TREASURE
Given that, I would agree mostly with what you said.
Obviously, all choices must be determined in the light of Scripture. So there's no excuse for making a clearly un-Scriptural choice, even if it seems as if it is the only feasible option.
Sometimes Scripture is not always clear about certain issues. In that case, you must deliberate about the choice carefully (in light of Scripture) and then choose the best option. Clearly, this approach will not always work. That is when you apply the above quotation and learn from the mistake rather than repeating it.
Whoops. In the previous comment, I meant to say "If you DON't make mistakes"...
...but you got what I meant.
i didnt really get your post, but listen to these guys!!!
essey the wise one. in the words of marty mcfly "thats heavy". :) okay but seriously now.
these guys above me all pretty much make sense and theres not much for me to add.
i dont think choices are what make you though, i think your motives are what make you. and choices are what make your circumstances. does that make sense? hope so.
oh yeah, forgot to write about motives. but yeah i agree with you Eric.
aww briii, you should know by now that i am DEEP lol. oooh more questions. my brain still hurts from writing that post, i'll have to think about your questions later.
yes, all choices should be chosen in light of what the Bible says. thanks for pointing that out Aaron. =)
for me Jaina, i think it is both the motives and the consequences that make you who you are. [[GO TO YOUTH GROUP TONIGHT!!!!]]
what the heck does that mean John? lol...
love the new template <3 :)
How many times are you going to change your blog template/name?
Seriously, just wondering.
haha i'm guessing she'll never stop. :) but thats okay soph. (essey)
hmm...i guess thats true. about consquences. but...if your motives make your conseuences, then techinaclly its still your motives shaping you. idk...its friday, icant think. (or type...)
Kinda was meant like "What the heck does that mean?". I don't learn from my mistakes AKA, was just kidding. I didn't really have any input to add (because Aaron stole it), and you asked for it. So I just commented.
No joke, I read the post, thought about it, was about ready to comment, and Aaron stole it. Sneaky fella.
Something that just came to mind though. Whenever making decisions "Weather it be good or bad" you have to think about it, not just think on the bases that it doesn't matter, because truly it does. Damage thats done is done and it's not easy to always repair it.
Also, after a mistake is made... it's harder to apply the same knowledge from the previous "Bad decision" because of ignorance. I do agree tough to try your best and learn from it, don't get me wrong.
I might of gone in a little rabbit trail, heh. Maybe didn't even answer some of the questions. Oh well. Comment made in 3...2...1
I only change my template and title when I get bored with it, or want to change it. Which happens quite a lot actually so I really can't say if I'm ever going to stop. haha.
Yeah what you say makes sense John. Smart smart smart! Everyone's so smart.
heehee! not me! i spaced out while i was reading the post and the comments, so i didnt get a word you said. haha. bye, going to sleep. *yawn*
